In order to be eligible, you must have registered as a customer (joining the mailing list doesn't qualify). Once the form is submitted, it will take up to 1 week to verify the account. After verification you will receive an email notifying that the bonus points have been added to your account. This offer is valid only 1 time per account!

The email address and main phone number must be valid and registered in our online customer database. Loyalty points are tracked based on the phone number associated with the account. For your benefit, please list any additional phone numbers you may use to order from Gino's (cell, home, work etc). These numbers will then be consolidated into one account. Once Loyalty Points are earned under a phone number, they CANNOT be moved to another one.
